$25 -  Additional if license from another City/County besides Winchester or Frederick County         

** Payment (Non-refundable retainer fee) due paid in full at time of scheduling your special date/time for your ceremony.  There is a $50 rescheduling charge. **

** All pricing for weekday services only.  Additional $ for evenings, weekends and holidays. Contact me for those rates. **

** If photography services are requested, Collection's A or B, any additional photo prints/digitals are available for purchase. **

Photography Services/Courthouse Collections: 

*NOTE* Marriage Ceremony pricing not included in the Photography Services!

Available Upon Request - 30-minute or 1-hour photo session immediately following the Civil Marriage Ceremony.

Courthouse Collection (A) for $250 -  30 minute photo session immediately following the ceremony, at the same location. I upload all of the photos in an online, password protected gallery. You choose 5 of your favorites, email me the photo numbers. I will give you a file for printing the images and the file for use on the web. The web files will have my logo on them. These files cannot be edited in any way. Any other photos/digitals can be purchased at an additional cost. 

Courthouse Collection (B) for $450 - 1 hour photo session immediately following the ceremony, at the same location. I upload all of the photos in an online, password protected gallery. You choose 10 of your favorites, email me the photo numbers. I give you a file for printing the images and the file for use on the web. The web files will have my logo on them. Those files, with my logo, cannot be edited in any way. Any other photos/digitals can be purchased at an additional cost.

Virginia Marriage License Required.

Signed agreement required for Marriage Ceremonies and all photography services/collections.  

Marriage license filed the same day at the courthouse during normal business hours or the following day. If marriage license obtained from any other courthouse besides Winchester/Frederick County, license will be mailed the next business day to courthouse where marriage license was obtained. 

Completed Wedding Certificate.

COVID-19 Note: Cedar Grove Photography, LLC and/or Nancy Hart Schrock goes by the standards set by the CDC.  Any services provided, client agrees to waive all rights and can not hold Cedar Grove Photography, LLC and/or Nancy Hart Schrock responsible during any indoor or outdoor photography session and/or marriage ceremony. 

Cedar Grove Photography/Nancy Hart Schrock retains the copyright and right to publish photos in their portfolio, social media, marketing materials and blog. Client will receive print release for any photos purchased.
